The social responsibility and sustainable development are an integral part of the business policy of Ceramika Paradyż. At every stage of our operations particular attention is paid to the aspects concerning the environment and occupational health and safety.
We keep increasing the quality of work in our plants by improving the conditions and regular staff training. Numerous certificates held by the company for various aspects of its operations prove that we satisfy different standards.
We reduce raw material consumption and recover waste energy. What is more, we cooperate with UNEP/GRID-Warsaw with respect to meeting 17 Sustainable Development Objectives.

An innovative heat recovery system
In 4 manufacturing plants, the company has systems using waste heat from baking tiles in ovens to supply other heat-generating devices, including spray dryers or vertical dryers. Thanks to that, gas consumption is several percent lower a year. The company has also a system of energy recovery from air compressors which enabled us to cover the entire demand for energy used for central heating and domestic hot water for the amenity building and the laboratory. The system eliminated the heating boiler entirely which contributed not only to reduced natural gas consumption but also to reducing flue gas emission to the air.
School classes under our patronage
Since 2019, Ceramika Paradyż is a patron of innovative “Mechatronic” classes in Tomaszów and Opoczno. The project is to help students from our region to find attractive employment. Besides visits to the manufacturing plants and e-learning training session, the scheme includes many classes, workshops and training sessions led by specialists from different departments. In this way, the company improves education quality, enabling young people to acquire important competences. Each year, the best students from classes under out patronage get appealing rewards.
